GETAWAY TOURS and SAFARIS offer exciting holiday options throughout South Africa. Choose between your own tailored self drive or scheduled tour, in either DeLuxe or Budget class. When deciding on a holiday with GETAWAY TOURS you will be assured of an unforgettable experience. Our tours cover the more well known areas, but also areas where few tourists have been. This is achieved by either our monthly scheduled services or you could opt for a tailored tour. Scheduled services are offered in either BUDGET or DELUXE. Tailored holidays are offered on request as they are designed to meet individual requirements. Your hosts/guides on tour are company directors, ensuring that your holiday with GETAWAY TOURS will be a memorable one.  Tour groups on the DELUXE service are no more than 7 persons and guide per air-conditioned Microbus. Three star hotels or guest houses are used if available in the area being covered. The advantage of the DELUXE tour is flexibility. BUDGET tours are offered on 44 seater luxury coaches. Accommodation is in three star hotels - generally Holiday Inn's are used. Accommodation in the Wildlife areas is in air-conditioned chalets with shower and toilet. Meals are either at camp restaurants or in open air bomas (reed enclosure) around a log fire.
